Ranbar GS6010 is a colorless to red-purple photochromic pigment that undergoes a reversible color change when exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet light, This unique property enables it to change from colorless to red-purple depending on the intensity and wavelength of the light encountered.

Ranbar GS6010 photochromic pigment has been treated with surface coating technology, which has good stability after color change and will not break its molecular structure due to high temperature and oxidation. It has the characteristics of bright color, high-temperature resistance, solvent resistance, oxidation resistance, and high photosensitive sensitivity.

Product application:
Ranbar GS6010 photochromic pigment is widely used in ink, paint and plastic injection, extrusion, and other applications, such as: ceramic mug pattern printing, color printing, textile printing and dyeing, advertising promotional products, children's toys, plastic soft spoons, heat-retardant stickers, heat transfer stickers, printed products, photochromic hair clips and lenses, and other accessories, photochromic shoes, and a variety of high-end gift printing and so on.

Suggested dosage: (Example: film 20um, plastic molding 0.2cm)

Photochromic powder for printing ink, paint: 39%-30% w/w (25%)

Photochromic powder for plastic injection, extrusion: 0.2%-1% w/w (0.5%)

Note: When used in plastic injection and extrusion, it is recommended that the processing temperature should not exceed 230 degrees Celsius and a heat stabilizer should be added.
