Product Description:
Ranbar GS0865 is a colorless to black UV photochromic pigment made by microencapsulation technology. It has stronger stability after color change and will not break its molecular structure characteristics due to high temperature, oxidation, etc. It can absorb the energy of sunlight and ultraviolet rays, change the molecular structure, cause the change of reflection wavelength, and thus make the color black. This change is reversible repeatedly. When the sun or ultraviolet radiation is lost, Its molecular structure will be restored to its original state, restoring the color from the cost.

In daily life, ultraviolet radiation can be divided into three types according to its wavelength range: UVC with wavelengths below 250nm, UVB with wavelengths between 250-320nm, and UVA with wavelengths between 320-380nm. The visible light range is 380-800nm, and the infrared light range is 900-1800nm. Ultraviolet color changing pigments absorb a specific wavelength of ultraviolet light source during use, resulting in color changes by absorbing the energy of the light source. When the specific wavelength of ultraviolet light source is not present, the original color is restored;

Product Usage:
Plastic: Suitable for injection and extrusion forming of various plastic materials, such as PE, PP, ABS, PS, PVC, PU, TPU, TPR, EVA, etc. It is recommended to add a proportion of 0.2-5%.

Paint coating: Suitable for various surface coating products, including PMMA, spray painting, ABS spray painting, PVC spray painting, and water-based spray painting, with a recommended addition ratio of 6% -20%.

Printing ink: suitable for printing various materials, such as silk screen, transfer printing, pad printing, etc., used for various materials such as fabrics, paper, synthetic films, glass, ceramics, plastics, etc. It is recommended to add a proportion of 15% -30%

Textile: can be used for surface coating, dyeing, and printing of various clothing fabrics, underwear, towels, curtains, etc.

Toxicity and Safety:
UV color changing pigment pigments are non irritating to the skin and do not contain harmful substances to the human body, meeting the standards for safety toys and food packaging specifications.

Storage method:
Ultraviolet color changing pigments should be stored in a sealed, dry, and dark place to avoid strong light exposure and prevent contact with strong acids and alkalis.
