Product Description:
Ranbar Golden SW3080 is a Thermochromism pigment that can change from gold to colorless. It is a microcapsule colorant composed of invisible dyes, color forming agents and temperature controlling agents attached by a new coating technology. By selecting materials with different temperature controlling factors, color pigments with different temperature ranges can be produced.

Thermochromic pigment will change color with the change of temperature (temperature range of color change: 0～70℃), when heated, the structure of its internal material will be changed and thus the color will be changed, when it is cooled, the internal material of thermochromic pigment will restore the original structure and thus the original color will be restored, which is repeated and reversible, so it is also called reversible thermochromic pigment.

Application of thermochromic pigment:
Plastic: It can be used in the injection and extrusion molding of transparent or semi-transparent plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), soft polyvinyl chloride (S-PVC), AS, and ABS. It can also be mixed into unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, organic glass, or nylon monomer within the casting, molding, and curing molding.

Coating: Suitable for surface coating of all kinds of plastic products, including ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC, EVA, and other plastic materials.

Inks: Suitable for all types of printing, including screen, gravure, and letterpress printing on a variety of materials, including textiles, paper, synthetic films, glass, ceramics, and wood.
