Product Description:
Ranbar Brightener KCB is a non-toxic, odorless, water-insoluble bright yellow green naphthobenzoxazole Optical Brightener Powder with good heat resistance, light and weather resistance and chemical stability. It does not react with plasticizer, blowing agent, crosslinker, etc., and has good compatibility with polymer materials. No exudation and extraction, it also has the characteristics of convenient application, small dosage, good whitening effect, etc. Its spectral absorption wavelength is 370nm, fluorescence emission wavelength is 437nm.

Product Application:
Ranbar Optical Brightener KCB has a bright blue-white light tone and excellent whitening effect, mainly used for whitening plastic and synthetic fiber products, also has obvious whitening effect on colored plastic products, can be widely used in ethylene/ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers, and it is an excellent Optical Brightener variety in sports shoes. It is also widely used in PE, PP, PVC, PS, ABS, PMMA, plastic film, molding materials, injection molding materials and polyester fiber and other polymer materials processing.

Reference dosage:
For plastics or resins, the dosage of Ranbar KCB Optical Brightener Powder is 0.005%-0.05%, and users can adjust the specific dosage of Brightener according to the whiteness requirement. If titanium dioxide or UV absorber etc. are added to the plastic raw material, the optimum dosage of Brightener should be adjusted appropriately.
