Ranbar Red P1409/P1411 is a dark red perylene-based organic pigment. This pigment is the most industrially valuable pigment in the perylene red series. It gives a bright red color and is mainly used in automotive primer (OEM) and repair paints. , Matching colors with other organic or inorganic pigments can extend the quinacridone hue to the yellow-red area.
The pigment has excellent fastness to light and weather, even better than substituted quinacridone pigments, heat stability up to 180-200°C, good solvent resistance and varnish performance.
